Evolved Sense Technologies ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit evolvedsense.com or sign in to your Evolved Sense account on this site. Each product (BlogVerdict, EraEvo, SellersSense, CivilDraw) has its own product privacy policy that governs data collected within that product.
What we collect on this site
Contact form submissions. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message so we can reply. We don't add you to any marketing list.
Account & session data. When you sign in via the Evolved Sense identity server, we set an encrypted session cookie on this site so you stay signed in. The cookie is HTTP-only, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. We don't share session data with third parties.
Server logs. Our web server logs standard request data (IP address, user agent, path, timestamp) for security, debugging, and fraud detection. These logs are retained for 30 days, then deleted.
What we don't do
- We don't use third-party trackers, analytics scripts, or pixels.
- We don't sell, share, rent or trade your personal data.
- We don't run ad networks anywhere in our products.
- We don't profile users for targeted advertising.
Cookies
This site sets at most two cookies: an antiforgery token (for form submissions) and, if you sign in, an authentication cookie. Both are strictly necessary — there is no analytics or tracking cookie.
Single sign-on
Sign-in is handled by the Evolved Sense identity server at identity.evolvedsense.com. When you sign in, that server authenticates you (with your email + password or a federated provider) and issues this site a short-lived authentication cookie. We never see your password.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Data security
All connections use HTTPS with HSTS preloaded. Application secrets are stored outside the source tree, infrastructure access is restricted to Evolved Sense personnel only, and we monitor for suspicious activity continuously.
